We hired KC Cleaning to power wash our sidewalks, which were long overdue for a deep cleaning. Manny, the technician on site, did an outstanding job and paid great attention to detail. Spoke with KC Power Clean on Friday and by 3pm Monday my roof, home and hardscape were looking great! Really appreciate how quickly they were able to come out and how friendly and helpful everyone I spoke with was. I did not pay to have the detailed exterior window cleaning done which is probably the only thing I would have done differently. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with the service we received from KC Power Clean - our house faces the trail and canyon and our roof was filthy with dirt and mold, especially in the front where we don’t get a lot of sunshine until late afternoon. Had it power washed in 2020 (not by KC power) and it slowly started looking dirty again.Damian came out and did an inspection of the roof and identified broken tiles, he power washed and sealed the roof and replaced all broken and chipped tiles. The roof looks brand new! Many of my neighbors have commented on how good it looks and they want to get theirs done as well.Unfortunately, I did not take pictures prior to the completed job.I would highly recommend KC Power to anyone looking to have their roof cleaned.I would also add that they were very responsive and updated us every step of the way!

I am more than pleased with the work that they have done multiple times at my house.3 times a year, they come and clean my solar, which totally helps me save money on my P.G& E , and in the beginning I didn't realize what a difference it would make. They also pigeon proofed my solar and the little nooks and crannies around my roof.. That in itself is such a blessing. I'm not a big fan of pigeons and the mess they make. They also have removed tough water spots that were on my car, and on the windows on my home. I will definitely be using them for many years to come. They are friendly, affordable and professional. I would refer them to anyone I know.

Their team was very professional and with the biggest power washing equipment that I've ever seen! It sat on a trailer pulled by a full size truck and the pressure that the power wash displaced could have cleaned the entire street! I had oil stains from at least 10 years old to recent leaks caused by a faulty oil pan plug from my BMW X1. Not a problem with their cleaning solution and brush they were able to lift and blast away years of grime, stains and dirt that I thought would be impossible to clean. I'm sold on doing a routine cleaning once or twice a year when needed!

I had a major problem with overgrown weeds in the joints of my pavers, so I reached out to KC Power Clean after seeing their strong online reviews.Although there was a small hiccup at the start with the number of workers assigned, the overall experience was excellent. A huge part of that success was thanks to the technician, Gerardo, who went above and beyond.He removed every weed by hand, power washed the entire area, filled the joints with sand, and applied sealant to finish the job. He also took the time to answer all my questions with patience and professionalism.I would absolutely recommend KC Power Clean for a job well done!

Had my roof cleaned by KC Power Clean and I’m super happy with how it turned out! Charles was the guy who came out—super friendly, showed up on time, and really knew what he was doing.The roof had a bunch of stains and buildup, but by the time Charles finished, it looked way better than I expected—like a whole new roof. KC Power is soooo easy to work with and the follow-up is fantastic. Prior to the day of the clean, they kept in constant contact with me to make sure everything was perfect. Charles showed up earlier than scheduled so as to get an early start. He worked non-stop the entire day and into the evening stopping only for water/coffee breaks...no lunch!He was constantly asking me if the job he was doing was to my satisfaction...it was a very big job. He cleaned the roof 2x, then the gutters and then he did the whole outside of the house. Plus he cleaned the awnings and windows. The amount of dirt, pine needles, leaves and other junk was endless. The stone walkways around the house and yard were covered in mud and debris. So of course, he then power washed all the walkways. Also, all the plants/trees around the yard got covered with dirty water and they needed cleaning. At no time did Charles balk at going back over a spot if I thought it needed additional attention. He's an animal at working hard and when it comes to making sure the customer is fully satisfied. He's extremely courteous, respectful and hard working. Great Job Charles.

They pressure washed my tile roof and sealed it. Plus they sandblasted peeled paint from the concrete patio and walkway. And they sandblasted the calcium from the tile backsplash of my spa. The workers really worked hard and did an amazing job. I appreciate the communication with them as well.

The quality of their work is excellent — no shortcuts, just solid craftsmanship. The gray color I selected from their list matched perfectly and met all my expectations. It was not easy finding a company that would come out with sandblasting equipment to remove heavy parking lot paint lines. And only just a few. I had originally received a letter from my insurance company, letting me know that they would be canceling my policy in a couple months.After looking at previous reviews, I knew that they provided excellent quality work. Is sandblasting affordable?
