They asked me to do me a favor by moving the date up one day and would give me a discount or put sealer on their work. They had asked me to be present when they did the work, but because they moved it up a day I couldn’t be present. I repeatedly asked him to let me talk to somebody who’s going to be doing the work. Finally when they started the work, the foreman kept sending me pictures the entire time. It was unfortunate it took so much effort for them to give me what I wanted, even though I was doing them a favor by moving it up one day. quite a headache before they started to work. The work was done very well and the painters that came after work to put on sealer and pigment agreed

If you’re thinking of hiring this company I highly recommend you do!We recently purchased our new home and it needed a power wash badly. Andres the guy that did the job, did an excellent job with our pool.He was not able to remove all the 20 years of sediment on the tile but he did the best he could.I was there all the time and he explained the limitations of the sandblasting and if too much he could damage the tile.We are very happy.By the way, he need new working boots.

We had a cyclone that blew in the top window into the frame of the house. It was nonstop construction and roof issues so we needed our rain gutters cleaned ASAP before the next storm. They were so responsive and not only came out immediately but hauled away so much construction debris that was clogging the drains. They explained everything, were thorough and just all around fantastic. Highly professional and recommended.

Hired KC to sandblast painted brickwork. Scheduling was easy and the crew arrived on time. Same-day billing and payment was super easy. Full disclosure: I did not use this service because of scheduling conflicts and because of my absent mindedness.I originally reached out to KC to sand blast old vinyl on a newly acquired box truck. After doing some research their (amazing) sales person, German gave me, I held off on the sand blasting because the process could warp the aluminum.German was more concerned about my best interests rather than closing me on a sale.After scrambling on how to remove this vinyl, I decided a hot water pressure washer cleaning might be the route to take. Reached out to German, again and he quoted me a fair competitive price for the job.Afterwards, Claire followed up with the quote, and Diana ran my card for the deposit for my reservation. Dealing with KC has been an absolute pleasure at this point.Unfortunately, life happens and I need to roll with the punches. The day if my reservation wouldn't work, and I had doubts that the pressure washing might not be the best route to go.So I immediately called to cancel the reservation and to get my deposit back.I spoke with Angel, Diana and Kristen. All three women were so concerned if they dropped the ball or if KC did something wrong for me to cancel my reservation. No, I informed them that they did everything right, it's my doubts, and the cancellation had nothing to do with them, which made me feel horrible cancelling the appointment.This company has amazing employees, if more companies operated like this, the world would be a better place. Unfortunately, that's not the reality, however, I'm certain this company can make the world a cleaner place.If/when I need a blasting or washing service, KC will be the company I will be reaching out to.

We had a very unique job as we needed the interior concrete floor cleaned on a loft that was about to hit the market. The technicians and staff were very knowledgable with the chemicals that would be needed to clean the floor in its entirety and the process on reclaiming the water in an interior space. We contacted several companies but Daniel at KC Power Clean was the first to respond and provided us with enough information and samples to decide to go with them. Kristen was really amazing because she worked with us every step of the way and sympathized with our concerns that our house faces north and our concrete always seemed wet, so we were concerned the staining of the concrete would not work. She was amazing and had Sam, the project manager, come out and look at our situation and assure us that the stain would take on our walkway. The guys that came out the first day were very professional and worked hard to finish. Mark came out the second day to make sure that the staining and cleaning was performed correctly. He had to do some touch up in a few areas and where a kitty had left a few paw prints overnight. He also sealed the concrete that had been stained. I forgot to mention that they also cleaned our roof of green mold and our side wall as well as our driveway. They all did a great job and I highly recommend them. Do you blast red curb paint?
Yes we do! One of the first questions we will ask is if you want 100% removal to expose the curb or if it’s a sandblast to prepare for a repaint?

How much does it cost?
Every job is priced according to the job’s requirements, such as the mess it can tolerate, the need for speed, and what containment measures are required. Generally speaking, red curb blasting for repaint is around $4.50- $7.00 per linear foot.

Do you remove thermoplastic?
Sandblasting can remove thermoplastic, although if it’s a marking larger than a few hundred square feet, it’s best not to sandblast it as thermoplastic is very slow and inefficient to sandblast. Usually one of our surface prep tools such as a grinder, scarifier or even shot blaster is better equipped to remove thermo.

How many feet can you do in a day?
In some cases we can achieve over 1000 linear feet per day per nozzle, in other more controlled cases, we may only average 400-500 linear feet.

Do you leave my jobsite clean?
Every red curb job has a budgeted sweeper truck to follow our sandblast team to vacuum sweep the mess and debris for offsite disposal, leaving your jobsite as clean as it was prior to our arrival.

What do we need to do to prepare?
We need all cars cleared from the blasting area, usually within a 25′ radius. We can set up a work plan to tackle larger projects so HOA’s can accommodate even challenging parking schedules.
