They asked me to do me a favor by moving the date up one day and would give me a discount or put sealer on their work. They had asked me to be present when they did the work, but because they moved it up a day I couldn’t be present. I repeatedly asked him to let me talk to somebody who’s going to be doing the work. Finally when they started the work, the foreman kept sending me pictures the entire time. It was unfortunate it took so much effort for them to give me what I wanted, even though I was doing them a favor by moving it up one day. quite a headache before they started to work. The work was done very well and the painters that came after work to put on sealer and pigment agreed

If you’re thinking of hiring this company I highly recommend you do!We recently purchased our new home and it needed a power wash badly. We had a budget but didn’t want to skimp on quality and professionalism. KC Power Clean delivered on all those things and happily discussed our service expectations. Andres the guy that did the job, did an excellent job with our pool.He was not able to remove all the 20 years of sediment on the tile but he did the best he could.I was there all the time and he explained the limitations of the sandblasting and if too much he could damage the tile.We are very happy.By the way, he need new working boots.

We had a cyclone that blew in the top window into the frame of the house. It was nonstop construction and roof issues so we needed our rain gutters cleaned ASAP before the next storm. They were so responsive and not only came out immediately but hauled away so much construction debris that was clogging the drains. Hired KC to sandblast painted brickwork. Scheduling was easy and the crew arrived on time. Same-day billing and payment was super easy. Full disclosure: I did not use this service because of scheduling conflicts and because of my absent mindedness.I originally reached out to KC to sand blast old vinyl on a newly acquired box truck. After doing some research their (amazing) sales person, German gave me, I held off on the sand blasting because the process could warp the aluminum.German was more concerned about my best interests rather than closing me on a sale.After scrambling on how to remove this vinyl, I decided a hot water pressure washer cleaning might be the route to take. Reached out to German, again and he quoted me a fair competitive price for the job.Afterwards, Claire followed up with the quote, and Diana ran my card for the deposit for my reservation. Dealing with KC has been an absolute pleasure at this point.Unfortunately, life happens and I need to roll with the punches. The day if my reservation wouldn't work, and I had doubts that the pressure washing might not be the best route to go.So I immediately called to cancel the reservation and to get my deposit back.I spoke with Angel, Diana and Kristen. All three women were so concerned if they dropped the ball or if KC did something wrong for me to cancel my reservation. No, I informed them that they did everything right, it's my doubts, and the cancellation had nothing to do with them, which made me feel horrible cancelling the appointment.This company has amazing employees, if more companies operated like this, the world would be a better place. Unfortunately, that's not the reality, however, I'm certain this company can make the world a cleaner place.If/when I need a blasting or washing service, KC will be the company I will be reaching out to.

We had a very unique job as we needed the interior concrete floor cleaned on a loft that was about to hit the market. The technicians and staff were very knowledgable with the chemicals that would be needed to clean the floor in its entirety and the process on reclaiming the water in an interior space. We contacted several companies but Daniel at KC Power Clean was the first to respond and provided us with enough information and samples to decide to go with them. Kristen was really amazing because she worked with us every step of the way and sympathized with our concerns that our house faces north and our concrete always seemed wet, so we were concerned the staining of the concrete would not work. She was amazing and had Sam, the project manager, come out and look at our situation and assure us that the stain would take on our walkway. The guys that came out the first day were very professional and worked hard to finish. Mark came out the second day to make sure that the staining and cleaning was performed correctly. He had to do some touch up in a few areas and where a kitty had left a few paw prints overnight. He also sealed the concrete that had been stained. I forgot to mention that they also cleaned our roof of green mold and our side wall as well as our driveway. They all did a great job and I highly recommend them. Do I need pressure washing or sand blasting?
We try to custom cater our solutions to the specific needs. No different than a Dr who listens to the needs of his patient prior to jumping to a diagnosis. We will make the consultation smooth & painless and make an accurate recommendation. For general cleaning cost-effective cleaning, pressure washing is often the best bet. Sandblasting is better when an extra level of detail or deeper restoration is needed. When stripping paint, removing stains which have penetrated into the surface, look to sandblasting.

What can sand blasting remove?
With variable pressures and blast medias available, sandblasting is the pound for pound best restoration tool for hard surfaces. It can get in where other tools can’t and it can remove sealers, paint, stains, coatings, glues and even epoxies.

How much does it cost?
Every job is priced individually. It’s common to see pressure washing prices range from $.03 per square foot up to $.50 per square foot, all depending on what the job requires. Sandblasting and other heavy surface prep can range from $.50 per square foot up to $5.00 per square foot (or more in really extreme cases). Whatever the cost, it’s best to only pay ONCE, so make sure your professional can demonstrate a “proof of concept” to ensure that you are getting what you are paying for.
