How Much Does It Cost?
Generally concrete epoxy coatings start around $4 per sq ft and small or complex installs can be as high as $8 per sq ft. It can range lower or higher depending on the size (sq footage) and complexity (level of preparation) of the project.

How Long Does it Take?
Most 2-3 car garage floors can be done in 1 day if the area is free and clear and there aren’t crazy concrete repairs that need to be done.

When can I park on it?
It’s best to let the epoxy system cure for 72 hours before exposing forklift or vehicular traffic to the floor. There are situations whereby in industrial applications, we can apply a fast cure system to allow you to open the floor up within 12 hours, but it is pricey and best left for extremem manufacturing conditions.

What kind of warranty comes with the epoxy flake?
We offer a 10 year limited warranty against any natural peeling, flaking, or delamination of the epoxy. Extreme gouges and scrapes from heavy machinery or furniture are not included.

What is the best way to clean my floor?
These epoxy systems are extremely easy to maintain, and generally just need a neutral pH all-purpose cleaner and degreaser to mop and wipe any spills.

Should I polish my concrete?
Concrete polishing is a service that we do offer, but in most situations outside of a very clean and pristine showroom, it is generally not a good fit. Areas exposed to spills and automotive fluids can permanently damage a polished concrete as it has very low protective qualities and spill resistance.
