1000-2000 sq.ft. = $149
2001-3000 sq.ft. = $249
3001-4000 sq.ft. = $349
Homes over 4000 sq.ft. = call for estimate
Pressure washing prices are usually bid by the square foot. We will ask for the approximate square footage of your home. The price is relative to the type of surface that you want cleaned and whether or not chemicals are necessary (or if it just needs a "water-rinse"). Pressure washing is difficult to bid without seeing the job, therefore, the above estimates are not set in stone.
Always remember that Pressure Washing needs to be completed before your window cleaning service, not the other way around.

The above price includes the outside of the gutters to the ground.

It does include a light rinse of some areas, such as: the driveway, walkways, large patio enclosures, roof, or the the exterior windows (which should be washed at an additional price).

Gutter Cleaning Prices
We recommend having your gutters cleaned when we power wash your home.
Gutter cleaning prices start at:
$75 for a one-story home
$125 for a two-story home.
While cleaning the gutters, we can check to make sure that the down-spouts are functioning properly.
Gutter Brightening on the exterior of the gutters costs $2-$3 per linear foot.
Rescreening Prices
If your screen material is shredding from your favorite animal's paws or just getting greyed from old age, we can rescreen a new mesh onto the existing frame. This is an often overlooked opportunity that we offer to give your view fresh life!
The price of placing a new screen on your current frame depends on the width and length of the window screen. Most screens average between $10 and $25.
