A safer and more effective clean can be achieved with a softwashing service because it relys on a housewashing detergent to gently agitate the surface dirt instead of a high-pressured stream of water. Once the dirt has been loosened by the detergents, we can gently rinse away the dirt for a clean that can not be matched with just water and high pressure alone. This method is the most effective method for cleaning any home's siding whether it be stucco, dryvit (eifs), wood-shake, vinyl siding, or cement siding. We can softwash most home up to 3 stories high.

Although we don't have many decks in Southern California, those who have them understand how expensive it is. In order to keep the wood from warping, cracking, or rotting prematurely, let us protect and preserve the deck with a wash followed by a stain and or seal. Doing this every couple of years will prolong the life of your beautiful deck. Not only do the UV rays of the sun fade the beautiful color of wood, but wood can also become a slipping hazard when wet if it has too much algae on it.. Our deck washing procedure is done the professional way, with low pressure and proper chemicals. We don't use nasty cleaning compounds because they are dangerous to the surrounding landscape and they can even cause a breakdown of the wood-fibers in your deck (leading to a premature replacement). We use industrial grade deck washing cleaners.

Another surface that we have cleaned which often requires regular maintenance are tennis courts and other blacktops surfaces. When cleaning these surfaces, its vital to realize that maximum pressure cannot be used or it will damage the surface. Tennis courts are a painted substrate, so a softwashing technique is the best procedure.
