"I was referred to Kris's company by my sister who had been very happy with his service and I needed my home's windows cleaned because I was putting my house up for sale. The windows had never been professionally cleaned since I purchased it 17 years ago. I needed Kris to come out and do the work fast to be ready for an open house only less than a week away and he made himself available to do the work. As a matter of fact, the second floor windows had never been cleaned on the outside. After he was done cleaning all of the windows, they looked amazing. I sold my home in about 4 days after putting it on the market- I know the super-clean windows (not even new ones, they were the original 1980's windows) helped to show off my home.
Kris and his helper were prompt, courteous, professional, and they did excellend work. Also, when I called him he was easy to reach which is sometimes a challenge with some people and their businesses. He also returns calls which is another "lost art" these days for some people.
But the amazing thing he did for me was now, almost a year later- I called him in April and told him in the midst of moving that I had lost his receipt and needed it for my upcoming taxes. He was able to find it immediately (within 10 minutes of my call) and email me a copy so I could send it to my accountant right away. That's impressive! Someone that not only does a great job, but who is also very organized and keeps good records.
